The first A-1 Bakery was established in 1948 in Osaka, Japan with the mission to promote “Natural, Healthy, Grade A and No.1” culture. A-1 Bakery has been in Hong Kong since 1985 supported thanks to our customers, partners, community, employees and their families for more than 30 years. In Hong Kong today, we are operating more than 60 outlets including bakeries, café and restaurants.
We are committed to enrich the quality of life through A-Grade products and services. In 2015, our factory attained the HACCP certificate demonstrating our commitment to food safety. We continue to serve the local community and contribute to our society by providing truly innovative products that will delight and excite our customers.
